Tilda almost dies in an attack. Since her husband does not make it, she also has to cope with grief during her recovery. Although she could surrender to helplessness, unexpected new paths open up for her in this crisis. She is brought back from death twice, and her experiences let her gain insight into previously hidden dimensions of existence. After getting healthy again, she returns to the hospital to continue her work as a doctor, and at the same time, she engages in a large-scale operation with a much higher stake than any medical accomplishment: something that disturbs and rearranges the entire matrix of Tilda’s world. In addition, a new love interest emerges in her life, but the romance is largely compromised by the fact that otherworldly creatures do not let go of her hand either.
